For those fortunate people who own a holiday or second home in Cape Town, we manage, and attend to, your home when you are out of town.

 Our services require holding the keys, and being at your home for the following events:

1. When you arrive in and depart from Cape Town.

2. The cleaning service comes to work in your house.

3. The garden service needs access to work in your garden.

4. Contractors need to do repairs or maintenance on your fittings, appliances, electrics or plumbing.

5. There has been a breach of security and the house needs to be opened up for inspection by the Armed response, and reporting on any losses.

6. Reporting of any break-ins and theft to the police for insurance purposes.

7. Turning on the geyser and fridges before you arrive.

 We also arrange for quotations and adjudicate work contracts, from minor maintenance to home improvements, using only the most experienced and reliable contractors, thereby saving you the stress of finding the right people, the hard and expensive way.

Our fees are based on monthly or hourly rates, depending on your requirements.

Due to the personal, and confidential nature of the work, we only enter into agreements once we have met you and assessed your needs.
